1. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via the subscription management mechanism
- Upon cancellation, access continues until the current billing cycle ends
- No further charges will be incurred after cancellation
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for:
- Technical issues preventing proper use that remain unresolved by support
- Unauthorized charges
- Duplicate transactions
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind
- Third-party products or services
- Services already delivered

- The team will review your request and respond within 7 business days
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through Razorpay
- Processing times may vary by financial institution (typically 5-10 business days)
4. Payment Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay
- Razorpay typically processes refunds within 5-7 business days
- You will receive a refund confirmation email once the refund is initiated
- The time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank's policies
5. Software Deactivation
Upon refund approval, you must cease use and uninstall any Mega Impacts software

- The policy may be updated periodically
- The latest version is always available on the website
