1. Acceptance of Terms

• Mega Impacts grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license
• Use is for internal business purposes only

• All content, trademarks, and intellectual property remain the property of Mega Impacts
• Copying, modifying, or distributing without written consent is prohibited

4. Account Registration

• Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of account credentials
• Users are responsible for all activities under their account
• Unauthorized use should be reported immediately

5. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our authorized payment gateway. Additionally we use Paypal for processing payments.
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment methods supported by Razorpay.Additionally we use Paypal for processing payments
• All transactions are encrypted and secure, in compliance with PCI DSS standards
• Your payment information is not stored on our servers
• Prices are exclusive of all taxes, which will be added where applicable

6. Subscription, Fees, and Payment

• SaaS products are offered on a subscription basis
• Fees, billing cycles, and payment methods are outlined during sign-up
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• Users are responsible for all applicable taxes

7. Cancellation and Termination

• Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via the subscription management mechanism
• Access is retained until the end of the current billing cycle
• Mega Impacts reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations

• All refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method. Additionally we use Paypal for processing payments
• Refund timing depends on your payment method and financial institution

9. User Conduct

• Users agree not to misuse services
• Prohibited activities include unauthorized access attempts, service disruption, and law violations

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided "as is"
• All warranties are disclaimed
• Mega Impacts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

11. Changes to Terms

• Terms may be updated periodically
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms

12. Governing Law

• Terms are governed by the laws of India
• Conflict of law provisions do not apply
